Nadril
My pick goes to House of the Dead 2 for dreamcast. Why? Well, for one, the characters have no emotions what so ever. Plus, they sound like robots. The thing is... it's so funny hearing them. Like they are looking for a guy (nicknamed "G" lol) and in the end they say to him "thanks..G" Kind of cracked me up. and the people , when they need help they yell out something that sounds like "help....me?". Numerous other ocasions as well make this game hillarious to play. The cutscenes are horible, but they get bad to the point where its just kind of funny and sad. So... what would you say are the worst game cut scenes? :)
rocketman089
If you've ever played Halo 2, the cut scenes really suck :? . Everytime theres a new camera angle, it takes a few seconds for everything in the shot to pop up, and the animation is really choppy and fake looking. Evil_Elf
The ones in the Sonic Adventure games, actually made me unable to play the games. I have NO idea why they would pick the voice they did for Tails, but its voice and the cutscenes ruined the game for me.
Greatsilverwyrm
The cut-scenes for the guild-wars preview event(s).. The character's mouths didn't move, the voice acting was terrible, audio didn't sync... need I say more? Don't get me wrong, though, Guild Wars is a fantastic game, otherwise. However, i can say, i'm a sucker for some of the cut scenes in that games, mostly when it didn't involve tails  . Like the one when chaos 7 was coming out in the city... water was everywhere. Realy, it was amazing. and i realy haven't seen any cut-scenes in guild wars Gsw. Well, maybe one or two. Halo 2 sucks altogether in my opinion, but yes, the cut scenes are horible. and ps: I'm playing sonic adventure 1 right now, its an awsome game lol. Just don't listen to tails voice and sometimes sonics and you'll be alright :)
Zeldafreek
Aye, whenever on the topic of 'Worst Video Game Anything' it is a sin to not mention Superman 64. I coincider it a rare thing for me to ever pay attention to any cut-scene outside of a Zelda or FF game. If ever I do run into a cut-scene that I can't skip it usually turns into a bathroom or Ramen Noodle break.
SHIPPOU
almost all the ones for Perfect Dark (N64) Their bodies are square, their movements are stiff, no mouth movements, and so-so voice acting. ********** One of the old guard of RS. Mayjest
almost all the ones for Perfect Dark (N64) Their bodies are square, their movements are stiff, no mouth movements, and so-so voice acting. Dude, that sort of thing was awsome for the time. I'd say anything on metal gear sold (any version). Well, the second time through. The first time is never so bad, but the second time (especially the unskippable ones) are so tedious I wanted to throw my GameCube out the window. Goals to get my skills back up to a barely respectable level on the high scores: Currently going for Bone to Peaches spell. It's amazing how boring doing the same repetitive task is! There's no emotion in their voices or something. It's a fun game though, except for the online play. The problem with the gene pool is that there's no lifeguard. I have to agree with what you said about Perfect Dark, the cut scenes were really good using the technology at the time. I thought the MGS cut scenes are good in all the games, as I thought the story was quite interesting, but I have to admit they do drag on and are a bit far fetched. Smackdown vs. Raw's voice acting is a bit crap, but its better than endless subtitling.

BlueLancer
Just about all the games that are based on World war I and II. Who even buys that crap anymore? It's so old and boring, they just keep releasing them with a few new weapons and a new name; then kids are yet again skipping school to buy the "most epic war game this year". If companies really need to make war games, then at least make them interesting. Base them on "what if" scenarios, what Europe, USA, Japan etc. could be if one country chose their own path and created new alliances and conquered countries etc. But no, they always have the same damn plot I can read in a school history book. Futurama
Tekken Tag. For a ps2 game they are really unrewarding. Tekken 3 on psx was amazing because every cutscene had an awesome story, and gon's "loop" was quality :) Tekken tag has no background, and the characters just do something stupid like practice karate. total waste of time.
