Oh yeah, I forgot Zybez too, you can search their Item Database for exact item names. It's probably one of the best item search engines because it allows you to enter in Runescape slang, like zammy, or lobbies.

Teleport tablets *are* salable on the Grand Exchange, you just have to worry about somebody buying them.
