Yes you will be able to drop items, however any item that has a value over 3,000GP will be invisible to all players, even after a minute (normally they show up after a certain ammount of time).

No more non-party house drop parties, or looting

if you drop them, they will still dissapear, people won't see, but you'll loose anyways

It's the end to the uninterrupted drop parties.

 

 

 

You can still do some at the party rooms (in the east of Falador, for example), but they will be announced throughout Runescape if they are over a certain amount and then a bunch of people you do not know will show up.
