Before i say anything, i want to make it clear i have never been a pker. I have always looked at pkers as annoyances that i had to deal with when solving clues and crafting natures.

 

 

 

However, the pkers have every right to complain. Jagex, with good intentions of course, did take out the pkers main source of entertainment. It would be like them taking the nature alter out for me, or taking out all the yew trees for you. Would you sacrifice the yew trees to rid of bots? I myself wouldn't take out nature crafting. Bots are annoying, but i would prefer gameplay and bots over lost gameplay and no bots.

 

 

 

Besides, Jagex needs the feedback. How are you supposed to run a buisness based on what customers like, when your customers "shut the hell up" when you do something moronic?

Oddly enough, if you want to fight something their are monsters in the game.

 

 

 

Deal with the damn update. If you can't, give up for a while and come back later to see if Jagex has fixed it.

At least you agree that it is a major part of the game. Once again, however, you display your ignorance. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I am fairly certain that in WoW there is no risk (and many pkers find the risk highly enjoyable).

 

 

 

Monsters do not offer the same challenge that a player would (revenants are grossly overpowered, and have made the wilderness excessively dangerous).

 

 

 

I challenge you to give up what you find entertaining. Have a little empathy.

You are selfish as hell if you honestly think that these players be denied one of the best aspects of the game. Our "flames" are obviously having an effect if you're going to take the time to respond :wink:. Bright side of the update? The bright side of the update has been tarnished by the complete destruction of the wilderness.

Yes they removed RWT and bots, but at what cost? I never really pked much, but I was training a range/2h pure when the update came out. And before you start ranting about how pures are noobs who drop trade, let me tell you that I made all my money on my pure by running iron ores and air running (2 things which will not be possible in a month).

 

 

 

 

December 10 the day Noobscape finally drifted from a highly populated island of crying 9 year olds to an island of people who play not as gold diggers but as REAL PLAYERS( and a couple 9 year olds but not as many). If you are so mad at a game that you have to continually spam the forums then leave Damn It! There are some people who uh, are not affected in any way. There are some people who are happy that they can fight green dragons without some loser beating them up. They are happy that they can runecraft without some nooby losers maging em. They are happy that they can go to the wild for clue scrolls and not have to worry about people attacking for absolutely no reason.

 

Do you really think the 9 year olds will leave? They're all talk. Its the older, more experienced players who are likely to leave.

I liked Pking. But not that much. Its called a MMORPG for a reason. Please take a look at a runescape map and look at the many signs on the map, indicating things players can do. WOW! There is more to runescape then the wild.

 

 

What about the trade and drop changes? Those affect everyone, not just pkers. Yes, its called a MMORPG for a reason. See that 2nd M? It stands for "Multiplayer". What Jagex is doing is basically removing all forms of player interaction. They should call it a MORPG now- Massive Online Role Playing Game. It isn't really multiplayer anymore.
