megakiller32
Its the kind of film which people will see because everybody else is seeing it (like the Simpsons Movie) or it will be so heavily endorsed, you won't be able to step outside your house without seeing some sort of advertisement for. loaf2000
I hope it's still as good as the LOTR trilogy. I loved those movies. pixel sig and avatar by me.
tzone92
Yay! I love the hobbit and Lord of the Rings. I always loved watching the animated version of the hobbit as a kid, and I think it almost is better than the Lotr movies. I can't wait to see the scene where Bilbo Baggins gets the ring from Gollum! you know there is a place called outside, better graphics 100% pvp and no fee to play :-w
underu2000
I'm still waiting for someone to try to make a movie out of the epic mess that is the Sillmarillion.I've tried to read the Silmarillion, but of what I understood it's lots of different stories over hundreds of years, I don't think it would work somehow. :-s Collection of stories doesn't quite cut it. Try "history text book" or "catalog". I mean really, Tolkien wrote more fictional history in there than there is in my history text book. I was going to make a joke like, "What's next, a Silmarillion movie?". But it's not quite as funny now that someone actually suggested it...   Anyway, go Hobbit! It feels like a PG movie, I don't remember much in the way of real violence, romance, or even anyone dying in a bad way. But at least Bilbo Baggins gets some credit. I was getting tired of Frodo's chronic childish stare. Life is a joke. Yeah, I don't get it either.

tripsis
I'm excited. I don't want to be disappointed, though. My favorite movie series ever. With Peter Jackson directing, how could it go wrong?? I was really worried/skeptical when Peter Jackson was only down to produce it. But now that he's directing I'm confident that he'll do it justice. Duff
I dunno about you all, but the song the dwarves are singing in that trailer gives me the chills. I'll definitely be added the soundtrack to my library once it comes out. Hopefully Howard Shore's doing it again. | My Tumblr |
