December 27, 200718 yr Kill count has no effect on getting an item. Usually people say 11-13 is the best to get. I usually just get 7 or 8. As not to waste time. Apparently, my signature was to big.
December 27, 200718 yr Get it at least to 10 every time, the extra runes you get is worth the 20 seconds it takes to up your kill count.
December 27, 200718 yr Here's the deal with Kill Count: Kill Count does not affect what items you get, period. You could get a Guthan's Spear with 0 Kill Count. However, your Kill Count does affect the other rewards you get, including coins, runes, and Bolt Racks. The higher your Kill Count, the more of those you get. At 8 Kill Count, you have the ability to receive Bolt Racks. Personally, I have done about 350 Barrow runs, and in my experience, with moderate stats, I find it most profitable to get 10, no more, no less. You can't get a Guthan's spear with 0 killcount, you need to actually kill the Brothers to have a chance at their armour. Unless I'm mistaken, and you can simply go straight into the tunnel, which would save a lot of time and money..
December 28, 200718 yr In my experience, kill count does affect the drop =D but uhh.. it's probably random per player. I'd say get a decent one at least 22-29, hope it helps, if not, go lower, if that doesn't work, try random kill counts valuing 6-51 You are not alone, Our Father, God will always be with you.
