I'm not a big fan of them, probably because it's not my style. The blur doesn't really help. It kind of looks plain, you know, nothing special.

Suggestions for future work: Post some more nature shots, preferrably with the night sky or with some snow.

The second one is great, top notch stuff.

Great colors and I love the composition of it. Not as keen on the first but it is still good.

Water on a glass object maybe? :?

Im curious what it is. Cant you tell Tip.it? :)

I like the first one most, the mix of colors and texture is great.

The blurs in the second one seem a but too edited, the contrast from sharp to blurry is too sudden in the right above corner.

Love the colourisation. :D

Maybe a bit too much art for me to understand it. But the colours look cool. :)

you surprised me with the second one. =D>

Looks either like a roll of bubble wrap or a x-rayed bottle of pills. Nice colors, especially on the second one.

if your wondering how i did them it's quite simple

I lowered the exposer quite low in adobe light room (you can also do it on-camera) and converted to Grey scale.

After than I adjusted the levels to get more contrast, darker shadows and brighter highlights.

after that i brought it into photoshop and did some sharpening, and added color with radial gradients, and blending modes.

The concept behind both the photos is abstract photos with hints of "space"

to me they look like space scenes with nebula's, and asteroid belts, where the light source is making the droplets and ice crystals look like asteroids floating in space. With the added color and bokeh (blur) the nebula's come in to play. It's just a mater of how you perceive it, the first one is more easily comprehended into a space scene.

These shots are definitely... interesting :P

They are more modern art than what I'm used to, but that's not really a bad thing. The colorful lighting is what makes the photos so interesting, without them there isn't much, so nice job in adding that.

The first one is better IMO, there is just more to it, the light dots give the photo subject, while in the second one there is more of just a glow.

Overall, very interesting and nicely made :)

Wait, so the first one is rain droplets, and the second one is snow?

They both look like rain droplets.

Awesome job, I love the first one. Looks like a street meter reflected on the ground.
