The left arm (the fretting arm) is incorrect.

The lower arm needs to be moved up slightly (as the joint allows).

I know isn't really anatomically correct, but look at his pose.

lookin pretty good, but, the left arm, the elbow needs to be brought out.

hair needs alot of shading work (prob not done though) like, wheres your light source

and you need to smoothen the lines

Uh im not sure if the left arm does need to be moved because keep in mind, he is doing a solo or something so his hand is going to be at much higher frets. in such he sucks it in.

well, if your doing it that way then, by your original drawings, his hand is going to be at the wrong angle

Very nice. Texture on pants is really realistic.. Theres something wrong with the skincolour tho imo..

I'm assuming he's going to do more shading, and add texture.

Yeah, so just make sure to add some of that good ole' texturization to those skin tones.

Texturing the skin really look right, unless its there to (sucessfully) blend two colours or (purposely) creating a rough texture. The colour is too orange, and the texture just doesn't work, I don't know what you guys are thinking but how does that look natural to you?

The guitar should already be in (even as rough placement), its vital because the guitars whereabouts totally alters how the character holds it, where his arms are and possible shadows cast. It needs to look natural otherwise it will just look like it was added at the last second..

In my opinion I think you should of waited until you were happy with everything before doing any texturing, dithering etc.. Because you seem to have a lot of unecissery colours with what I'd say not enough depth, you haven't defined the character's shape you've just shaded as if you know exactly what you're doing.

Heres a small edit of one arm for example, I've just tweaked your palette, shaped the arm a bit and had a go at developing it in like 2 minutes. Not the best but what I was trying to illustrate is the use of contrast with this to create some shape to the arm.

Just something to think about, parts are seemingly flat at the moment.

Great seeing your progress, keep it up you should learn a lot from this.
