January 6, 200818 yr I would say so. Summoning is supposed to be aid in the other skills, right? So there'd have to be some form of requirement in the other skills to use them (or use them more effectively). I'm personally vouching for the banking summonables.
January 6, 200818 yr I don't think you will need certain other skill levels to summon different things. I think Jagex means it will just aid you in your other skills. For example, summoning a woodpecker might help you chop trees faster. That is just my guess, though. I could be completely wrong. :P
