(NON-EDITED) (our score. we were purple, and that chart is how much health/people left your party had. we had quite a comeback :D) anyways, also since we don't have a Gw thread yet, this can be used to talk about the game as well, more as, what do you guys think about it? personaly, i love it. Nadril Posted May 16, 2005 Author Share Posted May 16, 2005 guys, what are your pc reqs! because my pc is a 2.4ghz with 1gb of ram, and i run it perfectly smoothly on HIGH details with all the extras on. Only thing i don't have is AA. Realy... if you have a 1.3ghz or above you should be able to play it fine. anything around 2ghz will run it perfectly fine. Lately I haven't had much time to play it though, last I checked I was lost somewhere north of Ascalon :oops: hehe. we all start somewhere. great thing about Guild wars is, its not as big of a deal on your level, well, like you don't have to sit at a training area for hours on end to get a level lol. and yeah, Guild wars runs awsome on even mid range / lower range pc's. :) I'm thinking of making a E/Me , and have it focus on burning/Aoe stuff and DOT's. 24SE7EN Posted May 16, 2005 Share Posted May 16, 2005 the only reason im not buying this game (and i know its great i played at a friends house) is that the small expansions that they release will be priced similar to a full game, and im not up for that. and i know you're saying you don't have to buy them loL!, but it wont be fun if everyone in a guild ditches you for the expansions. Trust me, it doesn't need as good as a pc as you think. @24SE7EN: Where did you hear that the expansions will be fully priced? (I'd like link...) Because from what i know, they will just be expansion packs like other games have, and will probaly cost 20-30$, but have a lot of extra stuff. and you only could get invited into beta. So obviously you have some fact's screwed up here. Lol Exarch. Screenies look good, I'm just not big on spending large amounts of money on a single game. Surely they should update it online? Preferably without the $20 - ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã30 price tag? My PC should run it though. AMD64 2.6, the 64 means that it essentially creates two processors out of the one, so it's insanely fast. It beats pretty much all intels off the charts. The rest of the stuff I can't remember so well, but it was the best stuff you could get for a laptop when I bought it (4 months ago), so it's pretty high spec. I think the graphics card is already outdated though. Goals to get my skills back up to a barely respectable level on the high scores: Currently going for Bone to Peaches spell. Each character is allowed to have 2 professions (classes). You have a primary profession and a secondary profession. To balance the game better, characters are capped at level 20.
