There is no reason to get d legs unless you absolutely cant stand the look of a skirt on a man or enjoy spending more money for the same stats. You can do barrows but just know the repair money will add up in the end... so if you are trying to save its not good but if you just want a better def get barrows armors that fit in your budget. Use the money and treat yourself for getting your hands on a pair of d legs.
