Lordjake Posted May 24, 2005 Share Posted May 24, 2005 maddox 2000-2002 were the funniest IMO. 2003 wasnt that great, and him calling Christopher Reeves an __hole didnt exactly improve my view of his humor. the critiques of childrens drawings were pretty funny, calling the one girl a racist for using only a white crayon. i havent visited his site in over a year, mainly because it stopped being humorous to me. he makes some good points in his rants, but alot of the rants are unnecessarily vulgar. I reckon the reason these days why he hardly ever posts an article is because he's busy working and constructing his book.. I find his articles funny (I especially liked the Orbitz one recently), but I wonder about the person behind them. What happened to turn him into such a bitter person? Thought it was very well-done, entertaining, and made a good point. ;) I think what he says is important for helping to knock down the barriers of "political correctness" and allowing people to be more open about how they really feel. It's an interesting site to go to once every few months if you're bored, I guess. It's when people expect too much from maddox that it gets silly. Plus, all his fan/hate-mail is SO going to his head. Honestly, Maddox writes [cabbage] articles now, Ninjapirate writes awesome articles now ^^ And I do believe Maddox tries a lot harder then Ninjapirate, though Ninjapirate is more my age so maybe that's why I relate to him better.
