For crims, your best bet is Greaters, all the better ones need higher melee levels or a higher slayer level. Thanks to all those who have messaged me concerning a revamp of my Range-Slayer guide. But for fast charms, god with Waterfiends ... which you don't have th e stats for. Just stick with slayer.
