Kill_Thomas, I have played World of Warcraft, and it isn't top of the line graphics either, thats all I'm saying. Comparing it to some games like Crysis, it's almost not good. (Of course my computer isn't good enough to run Crysis :( )

It took me 2 days to figure out my motherboard was blocking hardware OpenGL - I was stuck in error_game_caps land because my system was reporting the Microsoft GDI Renderer 1.1 as my OpenGL level.

 

 

 

I have to take my hands off to the Jagex developers - it looks nice.

 

 

 

Here's the mandatory screen shot - standing in the middle of Ardougne market. It looks like a used car lot with those hanging decorations. ;-) Also - notice the shadows - player shadows are always like it's high noon and the sun is overhead. But shadows from buildings, trees, etc. are always slanted like it's early morning / late afternoon. :ugeek:

I might be the only person who's happy his computer crashed. I couldn't play the new high def. My computer wouldn't allow it to download. I rebooted my computer and I'm loving the full screen version. It's killer. Jagex released the high def version on my birthday. Now that I got it to work I can thank Jagex for a kick [wagon] birthday present.
