How did you expect them to accomplish this? Beat me to it ^ yes this is second party software. They liscenced it to Jagex to use in their software. 3rd party would be using software that has nothing to do with, and is therefore unapproved, by Jagex. No offense, but there's a huge difference between players using 3rd party programs, often with malware, and a programming language. Technically Java is a "3rd party program", although not on the same scale as JOGL.
