Adam G
I have 50 Combat. My attack, def, and str are 40. Equips: Rune Full Helm Addy Plate Rune Platelegs Addy boots Rune kite Rune scimmy Ammy of glory Combat bracelet Ring of Wealth Can I beat the Dragon Slayer quest? I also have about 100 lobbies. Oh yeah! Look at these pro skills! Yes, I know I suck...Going for 70 Fletching! Oh yeah!
max_miller20
Yup. No nead for a ring of wealth just switch it to a ring of life. Just protect from melee if you can and use an anti-fire potion. Edit: Use a anti-dragon shield instead of a rune kite! Duh. Does it really matter whether I was right? #-oThis is Tipit. There is nothing more important than being right. Common sense is nothing more than a deposit of prejudices laid down in the mind before you reach eighteen.
Adam G
When you mean protect from melee, do you mean do the attack Block? And dont you get a dragonfire shield from Duke Horacio? Also how much money do you need to beat the quest? Oh yeah! Look at these pro skills! Yes, I know I suck...Going for 70 Fletching! Oh yeah! Ouchy
When you mean protect from melee, do you mean do the attack Block? And dont you get a dragonfire shield from Duke Horacio? He is talking about the prayer. You do not need protect from melee however as the dragon only uses magic attacks. You should easily be able to complete it. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
max_miller20
Attack block? Protect from melee is a level 43 prayer, if you don't have 43 prayer don't worry about it, it's not necessary. And yes you get the anti-dragon shield from Duke horacio, it is an absolute must that you have it equiped. Does it really matter whether I was right? #-oThis is Tipit. Adam G
Should I use an Anti-Dragonfire potion with the shield? Oh yeah! Look at these pro skills! Yes, I know I suck...Going for 70 Fletching! Oh yeah!
max_miller20
It's not necassary but it helps. Does it really matter whether I was right? #-oThis is Tipit. Bad911
Lets just put it this way, a level 47 with adamant armor beat it with lobsters and a strength potion. Its easy, don't worry about it. :D
Ouchy
Ok thanks. I'm mostly just scared that I'm going to die. You shouldn't be. I have done the quest twice, once before and once after it got updated. You should do it with ease. God luck with it : My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages. Tim_Finch
It should be very easy for you. Don't worry about dieing. I've done it several times on level ~20 accounts with no prayer and ~35 mage. Load up your inventory with swordfish, anti-fire potions aren't necessary, and you should slaughter it.
Adam G
is there a strategy to fighting it? I read the Dragon Slayer guide on Tip.It and it said to run, heal, attack, and repeat? Should I just stand there and fight or do the strategy? Oh yeah! Look at these pro skills! Yes, I know I suck...Going for 70 Fletching! Oh yeah! Tim_Finch
Simply stand there and fight it, eating when necessary. It's simple, no strategy required.
Lizzyliz42
You're fine, although I suggest getting swordfish instead of lobsters. And rune chain maybe? I kept dying with addy platebody, but that was probably just my bad luck D: Anyways, there's really no strategy. Just sit there and wail on her and hope for the best.
