If you want it to be just a background Id suggest using a deeper understanding of texture, colouring and shade so theres more to it (the sky looks like just one block colour).. Or (I dont know if this was just lazy colouring) you seemed to have chosen very cartoony bold colours so what I recon is that you might want to make more of a cartoony theme, create an original style of character for your sigs like axe does (you can tell its his sig cus of the style).. Dont let ppl get ya down, if theres something majorly wrong with your sig ppl tend just to ignore it or say its rubish.. But theres only really a lack of experience here, im sure you'll get better so just keep in mind what area's you need to improve on.. :wink: ..
