He was talking about the Firemaking hood in his inventory, obviously meaning he has 99 Firemaking. 7/10, a 99 is hard but fletching has really lost most of the "respect" that comes with a 99.

July 18, 200817 yr I was born 1990, so EPIC FAILURE. -22/10 ... But seriously, I used to have little respect for people with Fletching or Cooking capes, and I've changed my mind recently. Whatever your reasons were for getting those 99's, you completed a personal goal. So 10/10 for doing what you set out to do. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
