July 18, 200817 yr We'll start with my favorite part of this: This just happened today! So excited about finally being able to use the unicorn. Gonna make boss hunting a ton more fun. :thumbsup: Now, the thing that happened the earliest, I was camping kurasks for clues and 99 range (I know, sounds crazy right? But it was lots of fun and I got tons of clues). I was having some terrible clue luck, then this baby came along: Best clue drop ever for me. \ I've usually done every clue I ever got, though there was a period of time for like 6 months where I refused to do clues. Just started again recently and I guess it paid off. Well, know how I said I was getting 99 range there? Well: This was also a proud moment for me. None of that 99 range was chinned. :D Okay, well SOME of it was chinned when summoning was released, but it was only about 500k worth, and my intentions were just fast crimsons from nechs. However, a lot of this was cannoned. :P I went from 60-85 ranged when RS2 was released camping at fire giants. Then, after slayer came out, 85-94 range was ALL from cannoning tasks. Since then I've been ranging random tasks and occasionally camping clue droppers for my ranged exp. And my final part of this post: My third ever shield half! :P This came on the day after my coif. I would say I've had a lucky week, but 6 hours hybriding at DKs without even a ring or a mud staff negates any possibility of my declaring this my luckiest drop week. That title still goes to when I got two chains in the same week, one from a dusty and one soloing KQ. AND he doesn't train attack but theres no reason to just be training strengh on his account. If he gets to 99 he'll be way under 100, so might as well get the attack now and make training easier. But he's an idiot anyway for playing the demo of the game and trying to pretend like it somehow means MORE that he doesnt pay to play. And anyway he could've gotten members and just not trained any members skills. :roll: Means nothing. At least I have reasoning for my 0/10's. You're just trying to be an idiot. Wrong topic? Rofl. (like inflation in america atm...) does 3a armor increase or stay the same? id imagine its frozen like party hats.
July 19, 200817 yr Author Thanks everyone for words of encouragement. Probably 3 of my favorite accomplishments in RS so far so glad to see people like it. Great_one, I really enjoyed ranging kurasks. The exp flew by for me. I used full void ranged and MSB as you can see in the pic. I'd say on average it was getting me 40k+ exp an hour? Using range pots the whole time. I never really checked the hourly exp rate because they drop TONS of clues, and I was usually there for less than an hour at a time before I got a clue drop. They're also rarely busy, easy to get to with slayer ring and high agility, and they drop tons of rune longs and addy plates very regularly. I also got a total of 5 leaf blade swords and 4 white mystic tops in the 650k exp I had left to 99. Sadly no kurask head though. :( It was honestly such nice training that I almost have a desire to go back and camp them again...The only downside is that, because of the openness of the safe spot in the picture, it is a bit of a pain to safespot them while waiting for them to be unagressive. But, my 82 prayer was enough to protect from melee long enough in case any random ones decided to attack me. Theres also a safe spot using the entrance of the room, but I liked this one better. And to anyone who was confused about my above reply to this thread, yes some jerk came in and spammed it up. :P Gonna edit that now. Need assistance in any of these skills? July 19, 200817 yr Author Coif sold for (give or take) 35m. Give or take meaning, depending on how you look at the trade. Don't want to go into the trade details exactly because I don't feel like listening to anyone say "OMG YOU GOT RIPPED" or whatever, but lets just say I wound up with 40m more cash than I had before, without losing any items I cared about.
