chaolin
Okay, so I was browsing random items on the Grand Exchange Database and I came up with a search result that yielded this: Yep, that's the triangle sandwich from the Sandwich Lady random event and I'm almost 100% sure that they weren't tradable before the Grand Exchange came out. At first, I thought that it was a glitch or something but I searched again. The results came back the same so then I looked for it ingame and it was there as well. So, my question is how did this item come to be tradable? Was it someone who exploited a glitch or did Jagex just forget to make it untradable on the Grand Exchange? Oh yes, they are available for F2P to buy too.

Star_Fox
i don't think anyone buys it though. generally, it's like a shrimp that heals low HP. btw, they were tradable when the sandwich lady was released.

onuasdad
dont remember, did teh quest like a year ago. but I'm sure they heal 4 or more. shrimps only heal 1 or 2 in my knowledge.
