silver_wits Posted October 5, 2010 Author Share Posted October 5, 2010 x+abHow do you keep thin?So far the only good method I've found to losing weight is exercise.. diets and me don't exactly mesh... but neither does exercise....So what I try to do is just eat less... like *gasp* eat my daily calorie limit instead of going over it, and then trying to climb some stairs etc....
