I see a lot of people metion it when they talk about rcing, but I have no clue what it stands for lol. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

Stands for Zamorak something Institute, its an altar that gives you random runes but better xp, 9/10 very nice level tried to get it myself but i failed u didnt :D
