If you're fishing swordfish, no. If your fishing sharks, yes. You never fish anything besides sharks at any levels.

The Swordfish Gloves would be all I can think of. Other then that, no.

It depends more on your fishing level. The higher fishing level you have the better chance of a bigger swordfish:tuna yield.

 

 

 

Swordfish gloves also will work too as said above.

I have 95 fish and have never seen any difference in the numbers of Tuna caught against the numbers of swordfish. In addition the swordfish gloves only give double xp for each swordfish caught. They do not increase your chances of catching a swordfish.

 

The same rule applies to trout and salmon.

my friends friend todl him that there is a certian angle u have to go on i did not belive it i tryed it and i got 75% swordfish everytime, maybe a fluke maybe not but i cant remember what angle it is(sorry) and the guy said he is not telling me again =( but ur best of getting glovesand just banking both.

remember you need 65 fishing before you can use swordie gloves

I don't think this is true...

Ratios don't change with your fishing level. I'm 99 and I get the same shrimp/anchovy ratio as I did at level 15.

You never stop catching tuna when harpooning. :x
