Waterfiends

Hey,

 

 

 

I currently have waterfiends as my slayer task. I know roughly what to take (crush weapon, mage defence and bunyip), but can someone post an exact setup with a good inventory?

I disagree with many of his setups.

 

 

 

5 Prayer pots, 1 pure set, rest monks. No need for pineapple pizzas, the bank is really close. Don't wear ahrim, wear Niet. Offence > defence there. I would buy a zammy spear, you'll be getting this task alot.

That is a great guide to use, and with a bunyip(take 2 ih you have at least 74 summoning or don't mind sacrificing a spot for a summoning potion). that's the guide that I based my setup off of, and of course you'll be using a slayer hat/mask as you are on task. If you have an SGS, you might want to take a few extra prayer potions, because your trip will last longer, and you can't keep your prayer up(your HP shouldn't be a problem) off special attacks alone. That is, unless you use prayer flashing.

You can alway use a super restore pot, thats what I do with my unicorns.

My setup. I can do 199+ waterfiends in one trip. Flash Piety, if you aren't getting food drops throw up rapid heal prayer. Remember to unsummon your bunyip and resummon the new one if you cant summon 2 without a pot. Don't pick up green charms until you have adequate inventory space. Make a priority for crimsons, water orbs, snape grass, and coins.

If you bring them though, only bring like 10, you honestly don't need more, that way you can drop em for cooked shark drops and not care about the cost.Throw the necklace in the deposit box when you get there so it doesn't really take up an inv spot.

At 90 defense I used to use around 20 out of 50 buny scrolls per trip, and your defense is a bit lower. I don't know if the defense boost from piety blocks enough of the magic attacks too o make you take less damage than you do with ranegd prayer...but I suppose you have 6 levels on me too...and I usually drop the necklace in the deposit box before the trip, extra 5 or so seconds is worth saving a space.

Good point forgot to say that. Leaving off range pray while you use up your raw food that you can't hold(juggle it) makes trips a good bit longer.
