Game Modes

Flametag/Virus or Assault games on Timesplitters: Future Perfect. Combined with baseball bat and grenade OHKOs makes for awesome multiplayer.

I tend to dislike FPS due to their restricted gameplay revolving around Deathmatches or CTF, but when they put a nice spin on them, it makes them a lot more enjoyable.

Co-op is by far my favourite game mode. After that is CTF, especially on Avalanche in Halo 3 <3:

There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,

and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. That

regret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,

better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret.

co-op and objective based game types(CTF,attack&defend etc)

Yeah, Rocket Race can be so much fun if you get the right partner. What I've always wanted to try is a version of Rocket Race I have that uses Brute Shots instead of Rockets. Seems much better because instead of sending your opponent flying, it just knocks them aside. And we really need to get a Games' Night going, whether it be on Sour Grunt or here.

I think I need to add another Game Mode to my favourites - Split Screen. Sure, online is fun and all, but nothing beats having your friend(s) beside you, wailing away at eachother. To me online is just an alternative, not the real thing. Unfortunately, I think I came to gaming shortly after the LAN party era, so I don't think I'll be experiencing one of those. I also don't like how System Link for more than 2 Xboxes requires either a wireless adapter for each xbox, or a router that all 4 will connect to :\
