circus blunders -.-

Mmmk I have some beef with the circus atm.

 

 

 

Heres my situation..

 

 

 

I was doing the ranged portion. I was wearing karils (audience loves costume right?) and i was doing exactly what the audience was telling me to do (audience loves to see what they want right?) and i was doing emotes in between (audience loves to see emotes right?)'

 

 

 

and im lv 99 range, and i missed one of my shots

 

 

 

the 1 miss shouldnt matter much, but i still ended up with only 600 points with a near perfect routine.

 

 

 

so im like..wth, what did i do wrong..

 

 

 

oh and same for the magic routine, except, i was wearing dark mystic, and i didn't fail at all - so it was a perfect routine, and i ended up with 900 points in that

 

 

 

the agility event, which is the weakest of these 3 skills, i ended up with 1,075, because i ignored the lower lvl stunt requests and did what i want.

 

 

 

so comments? any help?

Ignore the audience, just do the farthest shot, and keep alternating between the two furthest shots, do emotes in between. Don't bother with low level stunts.

It doesn't really matter about how many points you get. Though try and do the hardest ones :alternate between the few highest ones, the audience will be pleased anyway.

Actually the main reason that people(or at least I) do the circus events is for the outfits, and it requires poitns to get those...

Do NOT listen to the audience, they made me get an acrobat part with 95 ranged.....Just do the BEST you can. do 99 ranged shot, emote, 90 ranged, 80 ranged, then go to the ducks, use knifes, use axes too, vary but in the highest you can, I did this in the agility (I was 71 agility at the time, did juggle w/ chinchompas, did lv 90 n 80 things ONLY, also the lv 99 one, got ringmaster hat) Just do the best you can!

I'm pretty mad at Jagex for this circus thing. I did it the first time, I did all sorts of things, higher level, lower level, I mixed it up which Jagex said the audience liked. I got awful scores and an ugly acrobat outfit. I waited a week and tried again. Same thing, awful scores, ugly acrobat outfit. Then I come on the forums and hear that you have to ignore the audience. Wtf? Did Jagex just lie? Also I hear that you were able to do it the day AFTER the update, and of course Jagex didn't say you could... so I missed out on that... And to wrap it all up, the costumes can't be put in the costume room! Grawr...

Lol, I am having the same problems as you guys.

 

 

 

First time I kind of just did what I wanted. Bad score, but decent.

 

Second time I did exactly what the audience asked, 600 pts on average -.-

 

 

 

Gonna try for better next week.

Yes, the audience is fail and is always completely wrong.

 

I tested it once, the 561 score was enough for me to ignore them from that point on.

 

 

 

Just do the lvl 99 tricks (for Ranged: Lvl 99 Balloon pop and lvl 99 Bullseye, for Magic: Teleport and Alchemize Anvil and for Agility: Backflip and Juggling Chinchompas). Alternatively, switch weapons (Ranged) or switch to Large Leap/Juggling Torches (Aglity) from time to time.

 

Also, you must pot up (yes, you can). Ranged Potion, Magic Potion and Summer Pies obviously the best. Wear items you got before in Circus and pray for the best.

 

It doesn't matter when you do the emotes, you can basically do all 10 different emotes at the start of your act and get it over with.

 

 

 

I got 3/5 ringmaster pieces and none of the three stats exceed lvl 80 for me.
