RuneMan462
Iron knives/Zammy Book? D Bow? Or a combination I did not even list? Wondering for grinding monsters what is the best training set up
Lets_3ekout
D bow is the slowest range exp available, the only thing that MIGHT be slower to train with is javelins. Strictly a PVP weapon really. Knives and darts are the fastest economical range exp out there, yes. If you have ALOT of cash to blow on range, you can use chinchompas. After knives comes rune c'bow then msb. Enzock
yeah Philip is right. best to worst, in order of xp: Red chinchompas (very expensive, but 200k+ xp an hour makes it worth if imo) Darts/knives Rune c'bow (use broad bolts if you can, as powerful as addy and yet very cheap) magic shortbow (mith arrows maybe?) then anything else is just... bad :P Proud Leader of the Corruption Clan. la la la
As enzock said, try rune c/bow, zammy book, and broad-tipped bolts. However, this only works if you have 55 slayer (which you have).
RayOxide
Rune cbow isnt too fast, and without ruby e bolts you wont hit too high. You max like 25~ with broads and the obvious 170-190 range bonus right? Msb and steel arrows can hit around 20-30 with ease in the same time as the rune cbow, hoping you have about 150 range bonus. Bronze/iron knives can hit about 30 in the time of a rune cbow, and black maybe tops of 35. This is for me and I have 72 range, 6 levels less than you, so this is quite accurate. I dont use darts but they're probably slightly less than knives. I dont need a siggy no moar.
