It's not that hard to learn. Your computers at school have notepad and internet explorer, that's all you need. W3Schools should not be blocked at any school (I'd contest it to the highest level if it was). Then, go find a good web host, and buy some space on their servers, after registering your domain name (which your host should take care of, if it's good). It works for me, although I seldom use it, maybe for the occasional forum browsing.
