November 8, 200817 yr I have tons of raw fish in my bank, and I plan on power leveling my cooking. I am wondering where the best bank, near a stove or range, is. Thanks.
November 8, 200817 yr Near a stove or range the best place is probably Lumbridge Kitchen and bank at RFD chest in basement. But since you are just doing fish you may aswell use Rogues' Den.
November 8, 200817 yr I agree, although if you want to burn less, the cooking guild would be your best bet (Varrock Armour 3 required) Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player
November 8, 200817 yr Rogue's Den its pretty good ;) I don't have 50 thieving... You don't need 50 thieving, that is only to use Martin Thwait. To bank there it requires no stats.
November 10, 200817 yr I use catherby. Maybe not THE closest, but pretty easy to get to and from. Rogue's Den is just as easy. Just use a games necklace and you're pretty much there already. Twitter ||| Google+ ||| Facebook ||| LinkedIn ||| My very interesting weblog about science
November 10, 200817 yr Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Have you ever though about the g.e? Get like 1k willows(theyll last you exactly enough time for 26 raws) Withdraw 1 willow + raws each time and cook them. This is the closest possible bank ever, although its not a range, its a fire, and it does the job.
November 10, 200817 yr But that reduces the amount of fish sucessfully cooked (fire) and lowers your amount cooked/hour. Rogue's Den and Lumby range are maybe your best bets. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
November 10, 200817 yr Doesnt necessarily decrease the amount cooked considering how close it sits to a bank. Also doesnt decrease the amount cooked sucessfully if you have the cooking level required to not burn, or have cooking gaunlets.
November 10, 200817 yr True, but remember withdrawing the logs and making a fire reduces how much you can cook an hour. It's a small amount, but it adds up. Don't forget that there are close ranges to banks, not fires. If you make your own it requires a little concentration, and if you want to cook by this method, you don't want to use it.. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
November 10, 200817 yr Al Kharid is decent in F2P, if you are not into firelighting. At the GE, there is almost always someone training firemaking, so you don't always have to light your own fires. I did my powercooking at the Rogue's Den, personally. November 10, 200817 yr G.E. Is a FAIL, If you want speed cause you dont burn the food, go Rogues Den.. If you do burn them, go to the Lumbridge range and bank within the RFD chest. I dont need a siggy no moar.
November 10, 200817 yr I used Al Kharid as a F2Per, but for members there are much better choices. 'Specially Rogue's Den.
November 10, 200817 yr Cooking guild (if you got varrock armour3) is THE best place to powerlevel cook. (the bank and the stove are 3 squares away from eachother)
