I fiddled with the Ram setings and shifted more ram to Norton.

I also am having Peter ( Tech Admins) look into the URL so he can attempt to post tools to help you all remove the specific keylogger along with instructions!

There's no infection here it's just a run of the mill phishing site. Any users who entered their passwords just need to change them and they will be fine.

Yes it has since been removed by a moderator. I would suggest that anyone who clicked on the link do the following:

 

 

 

Perform a virus/spyware scan [ Housecall Online Scanning ]

 

Do not enter any passwords at all into your computer at the moment.

 

Use another computer to regain your account and change the passwords.

 

 

 

Remember that you need to be very careful and always check the status bar when you hover over a link just to be safe. If a link looks unsafe chances are it probably isn't safe.
