Now with the new additon of the cornopecion or somethin else it allows suddenly for you to have 14 hm boost in one piece of food that can be stuffed with just about anything

Pretty useless in my opinion, some kid was trying to tell me how useful it was because he could carry one extra trout but that doesnt help me at all considering I dont use anything below monkfish for food.

So its sort of useful for low level f2pers I guess...

it would be quite useful if you could empty it again, but for now the explorer's ring is by and far still the most useful generic peice of runescape equipment in the game

oh, and you can't use it with a potato. anyone try cabbage yet?

It is not the great who are strong, but the strong who are great--Albel Nox

Usefull for farming? If you harvest youre fruit tree's?

cant empty the shell ,you can only eat the stored hitpoints.

And cabbage ring owns.

And OT: No. Swordfish heal the same in 1 bite, and anchovie pizzas heal 16 in 2 bites. Wont affet pking much imo. It's easier to buy a swordfish tbh.

I can see this being moderately useful, here is one example:

Training in stronghold of security I fish for food in the river Lum. This new item I could stuff 2 trouts in and at flesh crawlers (where I train) the extra 7 hp is actually pretty significant.

I am in agreement here. It helps with the strongholds

I'm level 103 and use trouts when I go to cockroach soldiers. This means I can take an extra trout and get 2 or 3 possible extra kills, so not just useful for low levels. Although pking isn't going to be to badly affected because even many of the lower levels still use lobsters, which they can only put one of in it.
