really? kinda crappy ratio thats what i go by

lesser demons on karmaja or w/e, fish lobs go train, fish, train, etc. take high alchs for rune meds and mithril items, always worked for me back in the f2p days

yeah maybe at late night during day still alot of peeps there roachs are almost always dead maybe if i get bored and need some one to talk to lol mm rune scims and sq's

u have great stats... maybe ankious? lessers? or stay with roaches?

Giant Spiders at SoS

I would say Level 50 Giant Spiders (they are on the third level of the Stronghold of Security) You could easily get 75k+ xp an hour with your stats at the spiders, they don't drop anything but they have low defence, are aggressive, and there are plenty of them to kill.

Best exp F2P by far is training on Giant Spiders in the 3rd Level of the SOS. Second best place is the flesh crawlers on the 2nd Level(You won't need nearly as much food there either.)

I would have to say with your stats, probably ankous in the death level of Sos or spiders on the Pit of pestilence level of Sos...

 

 

 

Either way they both give phenomenol xp/hr ratio... I think spiders are better because you don't have to do as much clicking and you don't get hit as often.... but Ankous drop better ^^

 

 

 

Ultimatly it is up to you, and Don't go with lessers, if your looking for just cb experience they aren't worth it as they are always crowded... :?

and i dont think my stats are that uber like they say everyone has 99 fishing and cooking haha but oh well and aww auto aggro wears off eventually they need to make this place multi lol

If you want xp, kill giant spiders. If you want drops, kill cockroach workers. If you want a balance, kill ice warriors/giants or ankous.

75k is impossible in f2p, max you will probably get is 40k. But spiders are easily the best spot, good luck! :thumbup:

well, i would say to lvl up ranging train on ankous in the safe areas. to train melee i would train on giant spiders or anything in karamja/crandor area since you got high combat. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

ok i tested the giant spiders for 1 hour i gained 36,666 str hp and 12,187 hp xp

Ankous are good for F2p, their drops of law runes and adament arrows are very common so you could collect a little profit as well

ankous 1 hr worth 32,592 str xp 10,835 hp xp

lmao so far roachs are the worst 9.4k hp xp and 28.k str xp
