You are now able to set-up recurring subscriptions through PayPal. This means that if you subscribe by PayPal you have the option to have your RuneScape account automatically topped-up each month, so you will no longer need to regularly go back and renew your membership.

 

 

 

To set this method up, begin by clicking on Account in the top navigation of the website. Then choose Start/Extend Subscription, log-in and follow the onscreen prompts to start a monthly recurring payment through PayPal.

I used paypal before but went over to visa because it refilled every month.

Lol I just use paypal because I DON'T want these kind of things being automated: I rather keep money to myself and work according to the "no cure no pay" method. Not a "contract" method that you have to remember to CANCEL! (If I stop playing rs I don't want to have to think about it..)

No use to me since I screwed up and broke my PayPal about a day after I got it :cry: but it'll be handy for some people at least.

I don't see the point in this. Paypal is more expensive with a recurring subscription than a recurring subscription by just credit card.

Not everyone owns a credit card. A verified Paypal account however, is available to everyone with a bank account.
