can i do barrows with these stats?

get def to 70... or u'll get owned badly

You won't get owned w/o 70 def, you'll just have to change your setup to be a bit more costly. If you get 70 def and can afford some melee barrows armour of your own, then you can give tanking torag and/or guthan a shot. If not, you pray on them. Bring super defences (very cheap compared to the other 2 super potions and prayer potions) for Verac. Your defence is a little low, but its do-able.

Check out some guides in the AOW, you could manage to do it though. :)

defence to 70 I'd say, otherwise you should pray on all brothers, but that's like 5 prayer pots per trip wich cuts your profits. Also, it might be wist to get 55 slayer for slayer dart, it hits fairly hard and you get your runes back.
