Is this true? Unless you're getting attacked by a revenant of course, but there is no non combat draining of your hp in the wilderness. They range from the revenant imp all the way to the Revenant Dragon! But alas, they are much too overpowered for F2p. They can freeze and teleblock you(not normally possible in F2p!).
