I know the text is not wonderful, but I don't think it really takes a lot away from the sig plue it's the star wars font! :XD:

 

 

 

Much better than previous attempts... I'm having a hard time finding renders I like though... Keep finding Zelda renders... I have too many of those.

At First glance i didnt even see the text so it doesnt take anything away

Finally you've listened to us. This is the best I have ever seen you do. There are attempts to flow, attempts to blend and the colours aint bad. Everything else is alright. But honestly!

Advice on sig sizes plz I'm sick of 300x110, what are other relatively small sizes that are good?

Hawksx, you have gotten heaps better! Good job! :thumbup: My only concern is the background. I don't like how it has those lines, and how the contrast is too strong...

I've been adding random crap to the background with the Diagonal Star brushes, that's why... I've been using them with too saturated colors.

 

 

 

So will be making another one and trying to get rid of the lines or at least have fewer.

Some of them just look a bit.. busy to be honest. Use less kinds of brushes, and less... contrasting colors(Blue/orange. Red/green. Yellow/ Purple.) The best color schemes utilize colors from the same family(cool vs. warm) with accents from the other family.

Also was somewhat limited in renders because the comp I was working on didn't have internet access (did these last night)

The render's kind of cruddy though... It's just a screenshot from Lego Island 2... That I rendered... :roll:

Maybe but i think that kinda adds to it.

Hawkxs, these are all good, and I can definently see improvement, but by the looks of it, all of your Back Grounds are too busy, and have contrast issues. The renders could be blended in a little better too.

Try blending the render by smuding with a scatter brush over some of the edges

 

 

 

Another thing that can work is to cut out a small portion of the background,paste it above the render and erase or smudge the edges a bit

 

 

 

Just try it out

The background is hot (As in good) on the bleach signature (Good flow etc.), keep up the good work and good luck with blending.

Can someone point me to a good smudging tut? I'm having issues with the smudging bit. -.-
