D claws or Ags

i dont know but in my opinion both r usefull in pvp or bh...i have both of them and all i do in bh is spec with claws and finish off with ags...works everytime and you might wanna bring 2-3 friends in bh never go alone or you will get jumped same with pvp...bad experience i had :wall:

Well it just seems like the people who disagrees with comp is because he has shown no prove at all. Now I completely trust comp based on his reputation, but why not post an video perhaps of the tests you have done so we can end this argument once and for all. :)

A video of a single occurence will prove nothing. To get a reasonnable proof, you need a big sample. I also trust Comp to have tested both.

You want to watch 75 hours of me speccing constantly with AGS then d claws? 10,000 screenshots (A lot more then that if I include every spec :lol: ) of each of my specs? In either of those, I can simply edit out any 'good' AGS specs or 'bad' d claws specs; it's impossible to offer proof aside from a real world test.

 

 

 

In continuation of my earlier statements, I'm following up his offer to fight with a PM. Hopefully we can settle this for once and for all, I will record each and every fight without removing or editing any of them for the final proof.

I will be using tanking gear with super sets and piety, the setup I find most efficient; you can use whatever setup you want.

Though I don't doubt compfreak even the slightest (...I'm a convert :lol: ), the numbers seem undoubtedly on the AGS's side as its attack bonus is greater than that of the Dragon Claws, disregarding the latter's insanely powerful spec.

The problem is that your more then doubling the d claws max (putting it well above AGS), so strength bonus isn't a factor, and almost anyone who's used the d claws a lot can tell you that it is undoubtly far, far more accurate then AGS.

I made like 300k off of staking in duel arena yesterday winning every single fight.

I just wanted to introduce a new variable in to this argument.

 

When ever anybody pulls out a pair of d claws from what I've seen, out of about 250-300 times, probably 60-70% of the time the second someone pulls out a pair of d claws the opponent will instantly switch on protect from melee decreasing the effectiveness of the spec, some times though with an experienced player you can get off one spec before your opponent has a chance to put his prayer on, but with anybody that is paying attention the second special will be significantly reduced. On the other hand with an ags I've never seen anybody put prayer on when somebody swaps out for an ags, meaning that both specs will have there full potential.

 

 

 

Now I don't claim to be any where near an expert on this topic as i don't own either weapon, and i haven't spent much time on pvp, I've only seen about 750-800 kills. But from what i have seen even with this variable d claws appear to be much more effective since there is time to eat I'd estimate 1 peice of food, 2 maybe if you are expecting the attack.

I just went to clan wars with d claws, to make sure they hadn't suddenly been nerfed. I did 100 specs on various armors and defence levels, averaging around 90 defence and +250 slash. The results staggered me:

 

 

 

Out of the 100 specs I did, a grand total of 3 of them missed. That includes specs on 99 defence tanks, specs on DHers, specs on void, specs on no armor, specs on level 73 noobs, specs on level 137 tanks etc. etc. etc.

 

 

 

The sample was too small to prove much of anything besides not being nerfed, I'm now going to test a few hundred specs in the duel arena against the same player to check this out more closely.
