I'm finding it hard to keep going. It's a combination of being plain fed up with Cooking for so long, and a bunch of people bashing my hard work in front of my face. I understand that Cooking isn't a hard 99 to get, and that since so many people have it it's not really "respected" as a skillcape, but it just kind of upsets me that people tell me I'm a noob for getting it.

 

 

 

Hahaha, I'm not ranting all of this at you (or you Warriormonk <3 -- different people)... it was just hax today because random strangers I didn't even know started ganging up on me in the Rogue's Den, putting me down and stuff... I'm usually oblivious to outside influences to my character: it's MY character, and I'll do what I want with it, and anyone who thinks that my armour is noob, and my stats are noob, etc., can go shove off... but today it was just really upsetting @.@

 

 

 

Anyways Thanks for pointing that out about the Quests.

To all of you who've visited my blog: thank you for supporting me in my own journey to 99 Cooking, despite the fact that not all of you may necessarily have the same views on 99 Cooking as I do -- it means a lot to me that you're all rooting for me! <3

A cape is a cape, some require more clicking, but are useless in the end (firemaking) some require less, but are very handy (cooking). It doesn't matter which skill you get is 99, it still is 1/27 (27 skills right?) of all the game's skills completed (if not counting 200m xp). Also I don't understand people calling others noobs if they have 99 cooking, when they either - have 99 themseves or don't have 99 and so are being lower than you.

 

 

 

But I hope this thread wont become into a "cooking - good/bad?" discussion, but will remain as blawg of Serpie <3333!

A cape is a cape, some require more clicking, but are useless in the end (firemaking) some require less, but are very handy (cooking). It doesn't matter which skill you get is 99, it still is 1/27 (27 skills right?) of all the game's skills completed (if not counting 200m xp). Also I don't understand people calling others noobs if they have 99 cooking, when they either - have 99 themseves or don't have 99 and so are being lower than you.

Heh, yeah. Well, the "usefulness" of the skill doesn't really affect my views on it - for instance, Cooking: I NEVER cook my own food. When I want to go combating, and I'm low on food, I go and buy cooked stuff on G.E. >.> I can't be bothered to Cook it. So pretty much, I want 99 in any skill just for the sake of having a 99.
