February 5, 200917 yr im trying to do the easy fremenik achievement diary. one of the things to do is recharge summon points at the small obelisk outside the town. im 1 summon, and dont want to do wolf whistle. is there anything i can do/use to drain to 0/1 summon? ive tried attacking basilisks w/o mirror shield and standing at gwd entrance so far, neither worked. 32,606th to 99 magic || 15,388th to 99 dungeoneering || 12,647th to 99 farming14,792nd to 99 range || 24,954th to 99 herblore

February 5, 200917 yr Certain areas like GWD right before the entrance (snowy area) as well as Abby Specs lower stats.. I don't know if they will lower summoning but its worth a try. Vul he probably just doesn't want summoning levels adding to his combat.. that's all. Apparently, my signature was to big.

February 5, 200917 yr lol "i don't want it 2 raise my cb lvl with fake levels" is the most [developmentally delayed]ed statement I've heard in RS in a long time and I'm assuming this is what's going on here...but ON TOPIC: Just go to God Wars and stand in the snowy area away from the wolves and the thrower trolls and you should get 0/1 summoning within a minute. If this doesn't work you have to do Wolf Whistle. February 5, 200917 yr You could try disease from zogres, though that can be a bit random so may take a while.
February 5, 200917 yr The snowy area reduces all your stats by one each time you get hit for damage by it, so that is probably your best bet

Can you people not read, he said he tried standing at the gwd entrance and it didn't work... Its best to just do the quest and not use any of the charms, you prob only get 1 level, if that and it will only effect you if you have a pouch with you. And i think the only way it will lower the stats is if you done the quest but don't quote me on that.
