But it's still pretty overrated. Not really, bandos is a good armor, claws are mostly for pking, pjing and related, I wouldn't trade an armor for a good spec weapon :/ Claws will probably increase xp rate in training situations more than the strength bonus of bandos. Using claws' special attack in training, and then swapping it for a whip, will make a big difference. Add those with full bandos = >claws. D mace just plain sucks, it can hit high, but not very accurate. With dds/d long you don't always get a good hit. Only time i have seen d claws not get a good hit is on protect from melee. Last time i checked Bandos couldn't be used for fishing or anything.. It was used for combat, just like d claws. Fighter Torso is free, but takes time, and has less def than bandos.
