fubol
The Wii laptop! It's the Wii laptop! We spent the last few weeks (including much time spent over the holidays evading relatives) slaving over this bad boy and finally it's complete. Check out the features: * 16:9 widescreen LCD, 7-inch diagonal. * Stereo sound * Gamecube controller port * Built-in short range Sensor Bar * Ports for using original Sensor Bar and A/V output jacks (for use on external display) * Built-in power supply and compartment for power cord * Dimensions: 8.5 x 7.7 x 2-inches Starting next Tuesday we'll be doing a multi-part How-To with detailed instructions for building your own Wii laptop, as well as loads of photos of the construction process. But for now check out the gallery for more detailed photos of the unit, and click on to see some video of the Wii laptop in action. MOAR PICS RAWRRR!! RayOxide
Is that a tech or like a real thing? o_o looks kinda legit. No idea, it could be used, for more arcadey games like SSBB and all, not others like wii sports etc. But it seems like a good idea, fact is, an Xbox360 laptop would sell much better. Too many games would fail on the wii laptop. I dont need a siggy no moar.
InkofDeath
I love it when people re-engineer consoles and make them portable. Or any kind of variation of a console is awesome! This one though pwns, lol.
stevepole
That is pretty cool, with a pretty decent design. I see it being most beneficial to a game like Wii Fit.

Michael
The screen is way too small to be practical.
TheValeyard
The screen is way too small to be practical. +1, Id say the Wii is the most important console to have a proper TV with. Also when moving a Wii the most bulky things are actually the controllers and nunchucks.
____
I think it would have been more sweet if they integrated it with a projector... but that's just me...
Star_Fox
the small screen just blew it away for me. i'd much rather have the wii but whoever took their time to regimmick just got my respect.
Nadril
It is pretty gimmicky. Unlike the 360/PS3 laptop I just don't see why someone would want to play a Wii on a small screen, considering it being such a party oriented system. Still cool though, was it made by the same guy who did the 360 laptop?
