Many of our random event pictures are extremely poor quality and with the latest update of random events the following pictures are now outdated:

 

 

 

-The "Certers" - Need only new selection picture

 

 

 

Images should be .png and should capture the main idea of either what you're doing or where you were teleported to. If you have better pictures of existing events, please post them as well.

I've had 3-4 random events since the update.

 

I only took a screenie of the "new" prison pete (not much has changed except some few details).

 

Had to let imageshack resize the image; my screen resolution is 1920x1200.

 

 

 

 

It now looks more like the party room in Fally, but with the same concept as before. Three locks, three keys.

 

The lever is next to Prison Pete.

The *Beekeeper* random event has been changed so that now it's done by drag and drop. Sorry the images are .jpg and not .png but i'm a couple of OS's behind.

The first image (which is the second from the left) has the instructions to:

 

*Drag the spinning components into the correct positions, then press the Build button.

 

Look at the example below if you need a hint.*

 

 

 

The Build button will turn white on mouseover as shown in the leftmost image.

 

You will receive the new Random Gift Box.

Noticed that Evil Bob's Island picture is also pretty old.

Was the reward box from the time on a f2p server, or did you get it a second time on a f2p server? I'm mostly interested in the Pure essence - I know it's buyable and usable on f2p, but I didn't think Jagex would actually give it out from a random on f2p.

That's interesting, that rewards boxes opened on f2p servers will (apparently) distinguish between someone who used to be a member and someone who never has been. Or did you still have member credit, and were just on a f2p world?

Yes, I still had 30+ days of Membership credit left. Sorry if I used the wrong tempus,

my grammatical section isn't really active at 8:54. :lol:

So it's possible the rune vs. pure essence comes up based on current membership credit. Still interesting that that registers while you're on a f2p world.

Like we discussed on IRC, the area really hasn't changed much at all, except it's gotten bigger. I think for now we'll leave the current picture as it gets the point across, but isn't so big.
