Okay so I've been slaying for quite a while now and I've noticed that I've never gotten a task with a certain slayer level required to kill the monsters (eg dust devils, gargoyles, abberant specters, etc). I've had a lot of assignments and seen even more of them cause I'm skipping some tasks to only get the ones with excellent xp. Then again, it would be nice to get a occasional Gargoyle task or even Dust Devils.

 

 

 

Has anyone got any ideas if there's something wrong here or is it just my cursed luck with the tasks?

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: the sig is old, im almost 78 slayer now.

Its just bad luck, its pretty rare to get some tasks that needs level, like wyverns for me(i love this task ).

 

 

 

I got almost same level as you, but in past 10 tasks i got gargoyles 5 times :P

Gargoyles are very sad task, i did 800+ kills and never got a g maul :cry: , also you cant AFK on them :lol:

I believe you but I'd like to find that out myself. It would make slayer less repetitive to get 'em once in a while :) Wish I'd get them just for once :)

I love wyvers, they are easy and very fun to kill! Also already got granite legs from them :D

Ouch, been there, done that. Great resource from crimson charms though :D I heard that now the taverley ones drop charms at the same rate as the chaos tunnels ones. That's good news :)

i guess it'll happen when you go to a high lvl slayer master with a low slayer level.. but seeing that you've 78 slayer, its prob just bad luck

I got skeletal wyverns less then 5 times from 1-99 slayer. They are rare.

There very random (well excluding when they get into a loop).

 

 

 

I've yet to have a Black Demon, Dust Devil, Terror Dog, Red Dragon or Warped Tortoises.

 

(From Summona) in 50 tasks despite having the levels to kill them and having unlocked the areas, but the first task after I hit 70 slayer I got a Kurask task :? .

Lol, I've been spammed with aberrant tasks. (Just died because of dc at one :( ) but in any case I got bloodvelds once after fifty, pyrefiends twice, basilisks twice, jellies twice...

Have you done Smoking Kills? You start getting points after you've done the quest. ;)

Alternatively, if you burothrope any task in between those 20 before you achieve "5 consecutive tasks" repeatedly you will not get points.

81 slayer and still not a single assigned task which needs a certain slayer level to kill. How likely is that? I'm at 211 tasks in a row, all assigned from duradel.
