I suggest you read that.

 

 

 

If you mean white background:

 

use the white filler tool in paint.

DucksOwnYou, there's something wrong with your image (poor quality), but I can't tell what the problem is. It'll be best if you can submit a new picture saved in PNG from the start. A normal screenshot will be fine; I'll take care of the cropping/editing.

BlueLeopard, there is an odd white stripe running down the length of your cape. I've transparentized it for now, but there shouldn't be a gap in an Achievement Cape, nor should there be an out-of-place white stripe. So, I'll have to ask that you contact me and let me know what you want to do about it.
