Michael Jackson 'This is it'

Yesterday night Michael Jackson announced a final come back. He's coming back in July to give the last 10 Michael Jackson concerts ever. And he's doing them in London. You lucky Brits!

Say what you want about him, but he's a freaking genius.

I've always found his music pretty appealing. I'll have to get Thriller or something and give it a good listen.

Best of luck to him I suppose. Despite all the weirdness, I hope he goes out on a high note.

I for one am sick and tired of being left out of all the come back concerts. His music is absolutely amazing, everyone knows it. It's something you can put on and dance too. He is truly the king of music.

I am no Michael Jackson fan, but I guess Michael Jackson has changed if he actually managed to start a come-back. As long as he doesn't say "I love kids" or something like that, it should be decent.

I'm pretty sure this is just a way for him to make some needed cash. Didn't his ranch go into foreclosure or he had to sell some stuff from it? If so, then that's my guess.

I'm happy for Michael Jackson fans out there, although I wouldn't include myself in this category. I know some pretty loyal MJ fans are out there.

Say what you want about him,

Okay.

He has no nose.

Hope it's THRILLING.

Ha. But I did like his eighties tunes. Too catchy to not be liked, c'mon.

Its not that his tunes aren't catchy, its that I don't listen to guys that touch kids.

The charges were bogus, orchestrated by money-hungry parents of some kids who got to visit his ranch, and the court found him not guilty. He may have self-esteem issues and undergone massive plastic surgery, but I hope with time people can quit that B.S...

Looks like tip.it is filled with hardcore, angst-ridden teenagers who need to put artists down when they too have ultra-[cabbage] taste in music themselves. You don't even need to know who I'm talking about.

I grew up around Thriller and such - the singer of my childhood, along with a few 80s post-punk bands such as The Smiths, The Cure and Joy Division. My mother had some records I listened to when I was about 9 or 10, and some compilations of 80s hits that I haven't heard in about six years now. I should see if I can dig them out or something. Nostalgia!
