Ok, so for 3 more days I have no bank account due to my amazing hacker who set a PIN. In those 3 days, I'm going to try to get 91 str from 90. I only have about 146k exp left to go. This is what I have to work with: 13k gp, a rune scimmy (got as a drop), and rune square (also a drop), monks robes, and an addy full helm. I have to fish and cook my own food since I can't access the GE either. I can catch lobbies and cook them without burning, so theres no real problem with food, its just time consuming since after each trip I have to run and fish more food, and I have no tele runes. So what would be a good place to train at that I may be able to get some decent drops incase my bank happens to be empty? I would like if there was something close to karamja, but not lessers, I've trained there far to long, and find that I have terrible luck with any drops there what so ever. I know, I sound a bit picky, but its tough working with limited pack space lol.

EDIT: Also, seeing as I have no armor basically, I'll most likely be using the prayer flashing technique to be able to stay training for as long as possible. I have 64 prayer btw, if that really matters lol.

The level 50 spiders on the third level of the Stronghold of Security are some of the best melee xp in F2P.

there use to be a spot in the black knight fortress (not realy sure if that is what it is called) with a few black knights by an altar. That was a LONG time ago though.

You could get full green dhide. That should cost under 13K and will provide decent bonuses.

kill the red spiders/skeletons in the karmaja volcano, much easier than lessers and probobly much better exp rates, but no drops (not that it matterts without a bank)

Hobgoblins or ice warriors/giants in rimmington? There is an altar just outside so you can keep recharging your prayer.

Ok, my suggestion would be to go to the SoS. If you can't get a hold of Rune armor, then don't train on the Giant Spiders and downgrade to Flesh Crawlers. That'll work 100% fine.

 

 

 

Here's a little known training option in f2p: Black Knight's Fortress. There exists a room, near the top of the Fort with a prayer altar. There also exists a door on the west side of that room 2-3 squares away. On the other side of that door exists 3 black knights. It's like Ape Atoll for f2p, turn on 15% attack and str, and melee pray if you need it, and kill away.

 

 

 

If you're a former member and completed Wanted, you also gain White Knight rank this way, even in f2p.

I was thinking black knights too, but getting to the altar is much harder than it used to be.

Ok two things then:

 

 

 

1) Don't forget the bronze med and iron chain, or how to get to the place

 

2) Go into a crowded world, since you'll be killing them pretty fast.

 

 

 

It's honestly a great training spot. Any quest guide will get you there easily (since you need to pass by that room to complete the quest), and it's always deserted. The only people you'll meet are questers, and they usually do no harm.
