You are only 51, you are nowhere near "done" rc, nor would you have anywher near enough money for 99 herblore.
March 30, 200917 yr I'd say RuneCrafting takes the longest out of those skills, followed closely by Slayer. Prayer is extremely quick when you buy the Bones needed. Farming probably takes more time in terms of 'Start Point -> End Point,' similar to that of displacement. However the actual amount of time spent farming is (can be) much less than that of RuneCrafting and Slayer.

I'm moving at a very slow pace to get my 99 herblore and rcing hahahaha

March 31, 200917 yr I say Slayer. Sure you can train other skills and it has a lot of benefits and it seems to go by a bit faster than other skills (at least to me it does), but that doesn't change the fact that if you started from scratch, level 1 in everything, and leveled combat only with slayer tasks, getting 99 in each melee skill would still not give you 99 slayer as well.
