April 4, 200917 yr For the price of the plate you can get a bandos tassets, match it with torso and you got there an awesome armor. But if you want barrows get v skirt + torso :

April 4, 200917 yr Torso is ok, I use mine quite alot for the extra strength bonus. Took me around 6 hours to get it from 0 points, however I'm somewhat experienced and have obtained several Torso's before. :
April 4, 200917 yr Dragon is mostly for looks; torso is absolute garbage and you should only get it if you really really like playing BA and would play it frequently even if it didn't have any rewards. Use bandos or barrows. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
