80 mage: costs from 74 with all viable methods?

Alright, so our internet is being throttled, and has been for the last week. So, i haven't been playing much RS or anything online for that matter because of the 5 sec delay after every click.

 

 

 

but when i come back, i should have a decent amount of cash, and i was thinking of 80 mage.

 

So, I'd like all of the costs and exp/hr with decent methods(I don't know many) to get from my current level.

I usually do all of the research on my own, and are a really resourceful person. But i have no idea why i didn't do the math myself this time. I guess the lack of a fast internet is numbing my brain...

 

 

 

But, with YLs, it'll cost me about 1.1M. Which I don't have ATM. But once i get the cash, i most likely will do it.

Alching would probably be best for you. Its a good balance between money spend and exp gained :). I use magic longbows to alch and I lose 81gp per alch. I'm not sure how many it would take or how much it would cost :(.

 

 

 

Use a calculator ;).

I alched, so just look around on the G.E. for some good items that don't fluctuate too much, and then check out how much they alch for here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=high_alch_calc.htm

FoG is fun and free, but slow xp. Alching can lose money, but it is fast. You could Camelot teleport which would be fast but expensive because of all the laws needed.

Like I said, look around on the G.E. There are a few items out there that hardly lose any money. :P

these are all horrrrrible ideas. If you want faster xp than alching and GAIN not loose money enchant diamond bolts. You make like 70 to 450 gp depending upon the prices at the time. You also get 67 xp per cast instead of 65 from alching. Bolts also go faster then alching cuz theres less moving back and forth to do and you dont have to worry about clicking to fast.

Probably clicking the icon, then moving the mouse and clicking the item, waiting, and then starting all over

 

Btw iskate, is this for buying the bolts and tips or the preassembled bolt with thip?

Ok that may be I don't know. What I DO know is that I can put 1000's of items into notable form (if they are notable in the first place, like armor pieces, etc.). Then put the stack of noted items directly under the high alchemy spell. I have been doing it for weeks now. Go try it.

On rune wiki there is (under calculators) a high alch calculator. But it'd cost about a mil. ALso zanaris ruby ring alching >.>
