Aviansies with Bunyip.

Well i got 69 Summoning today. Got it spesificly to get a Bunyip for Aviansies (to spare some B2P). What setup should i use? I was thinking of using Void setup but i cant really remember what else i should use and im having some trouble finding previous threads on these. Can anyone provide me with some help?

Torag is the common setup but you can use perty much anything as long as you can substain the damage and heal it back.

Looking at your siggy, I'm assuming you have some high stats.

 

 

 

I'm also assuming you have seers 3 completed.

 

 

 

Enhanced Excalibur should stop you from even having to consider paying for Bunyip pouches.

It is working so far but i seem to get hit a bit often. If i replace the Neit Helm with a Torag's Helm will it be better?

Ranged attack bonus

 

Have high attack bonus gives good accuracy, good experience rate and fast kills. So you kill avansies fast, and that makes them get little time to damage you.

 

 

 

Fast killing gives more drops>more cash. Like they say "A good defense is a good offense" or LOTR style "If you strike hard the first time, you won't need to strike again". So use the highest possible ranged attack bonus items you can in your equipment.

 

 

 

Bone to peach

 

A healing i have used alot of times and know how great it is, i got the spell so it's basically free for me. I get nature runes from avansies and Mudstaff (Earth+water, cost about 30K or so).

 

 

 

Whenever you need healing and other healing sources can't help, this one does so it's very nice to have incase.

 

 

 

Prayer and the use of "Hawk eye"/10% range for faster kills

 

Using the prayer "Hawk eye" gives 10% ranged and makes you kill faster. I have used it and it drains slow, so you won't need to bring tons prayer potions to make sure it lasts. I think about 2-4 prayer potions.

 

 

 

Anyhow there's other prayer points source if you do not want to bring potions yourself.

 

 

 

How to get prayer points without prayer potions

 

40 KC = Acess to Armadyl boss room = Go a world with lootshare (Find a team inside room) = Go in once boss is dead, recharge prayer and BOOM you got max prayer. You can use this every 15 minutes.

This will just heal you, enough said. Best healing familiar from my view (But not at bosses for small size teams).

 

 

 

Enchanced Excalibur (Great special attack, i love it)

 

Since you will be using high ranged attack equipment, your defence will be low. It's really not a problem, but Enchanced excalibur helps you more if you need it.

 

 

 

Special does:

 

15% Defence boost (That's 14 defence levels!)

 

As well gives 20 HP every 100% bar

 

 

 

When you ranged or mage, it's great weapon. It's one of a kind.

A friend said void is best at 85 ranged, but i personally would use it at 90. But i am sure 85 works too. Using void with 10% hawk eye prayer and ranged potions is better than non void.

 

 

 

As for you getting it: Yes Void is great!

Swap the book with a granite shield, wealth with anything (seriously it reduces profit by a noticeable amount).

 

I would replace the neitz with a zammy coif.

 

Karils with dhide (only 2 less ranger defense per item, but no repairs). It should give you about 30 more range defense and about the same range attack.

Yhey should name a RS god after you. Anyway, i have yet to get my Excalibur enchanted. I havent started any of the Seers diaries yet. How eay will this be able to be completed? I know i would have to do a few quests aswell and if the Excalibur(e) is as good as you say it is then it might just be worth it. So, Any idea on how long it would take me to complete the whole diary once i have all the requirments?

If you have all the requirements it can easily be done in a few hours. Alot of the tasks can be done in pairs. Fish 5 sharks, cook 5 sharks with cooking gauntlets. Fletch a Magic short bow then alch it. There are a lot of them in this diary.

 

 

 

And for the prayer recharge thing, i thought you could recharge prayer every 10 mins. And once you go in the Boss Door you have to tele out then walk back to the Aviansies.

Invy is 3 range pots, 1 click tele, several bunyip pouches, B2P tabs, mith grapple, alches, and some food to get me started. I rarely need B2P tabs TBH.

The diary shouldn't take you more then 1 hour if you know what you are doing. I think the hardest part was lugging the coals in the trucks. Other then that bring whatever the items required and around 20 camelot teleport and you should be done rather quick.
